Kpp01 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the kpp01 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any services on this platform.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpp01 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the platform.
Acceptance of these terms also covers any additional policies published by kpp01 from time to time, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide. All such policies are considered part of the overarching agreement between you and this platform.
Continued use of the kpp01 platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest information.
Account creation and security responsibilities
To access the full range of kpp01 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. kpp01 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact the kpp01 support team immediately through the provided channels. The platform reserves the right to temporarily restrict access for account protection purposes.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
Platform usage rules you must follow
All kpp01 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out herein. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure.
The following actions are prohibited on the kpp01 platform:
- Using bots, automated scripts, or other software to simulate human activity in games or betting.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account.
- Providing false information or using another person's identity during registration or account verification.
- Engaging in any money laundering activity or financing illegal activities through the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or platform support staff.
- Attempting to access or modify the platform's database, source code, or technical infrastructure without authorisation.
Kpp01 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action — including account suspension and freezing of associated balances — without prior notice in certain circumstances.
Payment information, deposits, and withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the kpp01 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals may only be made through payment methods listed and approved by the platform, including local online banking and recognised e-wallets.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and is registered in your name. Use of a third party's payment method without explicit authorisation is prohibited and may result in your account being frozen pending investigation.
Kpp01 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds or where there are indicators of suspicious activity. This is a standard protective measure in line with industry practice.
All deposits made are final and non-reversible once credited to your platform account. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified by the platform and are subject to the chosen payment method. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may change from time to time; the latest figures are available in your user account.
Any additional charges levied by third-party payment service providers (such as banks or e-wallet operators) are the user's responsibility and will not be absorbed by kpp01.
Liability limits, account policies, and intellectual property
Platform liability limits
Kpp01 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that results depend on random or skill-based factors whose outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
The platform also accepts no liability for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet connectivity issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events. In such circumstances, kpp01 will make every effort to restore services as quickly as possible.
Account suspension and closure policy
Kpp01 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable grounds to suspect that the user has violated the terms of use, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud, the account balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation or referred to the relevant authorities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account must submit a request through the designated support channels. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method once all conditions have been met.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kpp01 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, software, and branding — is the exclusive property of kpp01 or parties that have licensed its use to this platform. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
Third-party links and services
The kpp01 platform may utilise third-party services such as game providers, payment processors, and technology infrastructure providers. kpp01 is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of use of those third parties. Users are advised to read the terms and policies of each relevant service provider.
Amendments to terms and applicable law
Kpp01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
Users are advised to check this page periodically. Where there are material changes that significantly affect user rights, kpp01 will endeavour to notify active users through the communication channels available within the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the kpp01 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed channels or in accordance with legal procedures in force in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
